Got up way too early this morning. Mind you, I got up the usual time. Even thought I was leaving late (not going to be late, but later than I normally roll) for work. Then, right after turning off our road onto the paved road, had a Homer Experience.

Doh! Today is my day for my 50-something fasting blood work draw. Need to be at my GP's office at 08:45, not the Hospital at 0Dark:Something. Turned around, went back home, checked in here for kicks and grins, gonna go read a book for a bit before heading out again.

Sheesh. And I'd even made sure to tell them at Hospital I'd be late this morning because...
