Good News, Bad News

madshutterbugGood News: Labouring doe is now delivered, at least of one. May be the only one. Labouring doe is alive.
Bad News: Kid is not, as suspected. Head was turned, kid jammed up trying to be born, probably been dead for near a week. Lots of stool staining on the hindquarters. Fluids smell foul, and that is to my impaired sense of smell.
We dosed here with antibiotics, she's got food and water handy. Now, tincture of time.
