Not sure if I'll show up on LJ tomorrow; I am taking the day off work because Saturday will be some more training classes, though that's for a one-off project. Do you think I should tell Houdini that BossStaysHomeDays are going to be weird again? Or let him find out on his own?

Dear Mr Houdini's Boss I think you should tell Houdini because that is not a nice surprise to get. I know. My Bosslady is away doing something called Housesitting, and she is taking care of Other Dogs but not of Me which is very bad. Yr pal, Riley

My Bosslady discusses everything with me, so that I always know what is going on and don't get confused and worried. She even protects me from that horrible Thundermachine that Boss takes for a run through the house every day or so, on a long leash. Well, sometimes she takes it out, too, but she lets me stay in the bedroom with the door shut so it won't eat me.

I bet Houdini would appreciate it if you talk things over with him and let him know what to expect. He misses you so much when you aren't home. He tries to be good.
