Reload page in style: light

I'm happy to say the experiment in recording Sky TV worked; nine hours of Firefly to watch and I've now seen the beginnings of the series. Not much more than that, because there's other things to do than sit about watching Tube.

Dinner with friends S&K over their place (all of a mile up the road) and another friend. Much good conversation, and some great food. Today is a more laid-back day. Still a lot to do, but most of it routine.

Current Mood: accomplished

We'll see what happens, but I spent time this AM before leaving for hospital attempting to set up a recording session on the new Sky TV. If it works, I'll have nine hours of Serenity to watch. Not exactly sure which episodes, in which order, but Serenity none the less. I thought about programming in the upcoming screening of the BSG reprise, but didn't for two reasons. First of all, unlike with Serenity (where I've seen some episodes) I'm totally unfamiliar with any of the BSG reprise. Second of all, that show is airing later in the day, and I'll be home if I change my mind.
