Started comforter in laundry then paused to soak before going to feed. Kids fed. Houdini on walkabout while feeding kids. Found him coming back from across the road. Horses fed on the way to look for Houdini. Goats fed after recovering Houdini. Hogs fed after some break(s) in the shade with Houdini. One panel of the Adolescent Doeling pen left to un-tie the twine, all the rest are wire clipped requiring wrench (much later). Restarted comforter, unloaded dryer after break(s) in shade with Houdini. Rooster fed after checking laundry. Back to House, got dog inside then cleaned off door mats as planned since that chore is mostly in the shade. Now imbibing fluids. Hair is too wet from sweat to cut. Will get that done after it dries a bit.

Current temp is 88 F/ 31 C which feels like 98F / 37 C. It is a good time to be in the shade, if not in the air conditioning. Between continuing laundry will be working on photography post-production. Two proofs disks done, one more to go.

it is brutal out there.
Looks like a long summer with little relief in sight.
Except for the 7 plus storms that will visit us.

I know, crazy hot. I seriously need to cut the front acre, but am waiting until maybe 8 pm to do it. Ugghhh... would that happen to be faery post-pro? ;) a little faery wants to know

Pretty much what we do. Except for urgency things, we are done with outdoor work by noon at latest, and do not resume until six pm, then only in the shade.

As for the rest... you gots mail!
