UP way earlier than normal for a Saturday, and as soon as this post is posted will be getting dressed and heading out to feed the Ranch. Then cleanup quick, change clothes, and off to Hoggetowne Medieval Faire. I'll be primarily helping out [livejournal.com profile] fatfred this year (possibly in all their various incarnations), but also being general help. Was commenting to [livejournal.com profile] marjai yesterday, this is the 21st Hoggetowne. In once sense, Hoggetowne is now of legal age and can buy alcohol.

Oh, there've been vendors at Hoggetowne selling beer. That's not the joke. And the joke isn't even that good.

It's way too early. More coffee.

Ooh! Didn't know anything about it.

Maybe Ben and I will do that next weekend...

Cool if you do. href="http://www.gvlculturalaffairs.org/website/programs_events/programs.html">Here's some info about it on the Web, done with a Google of "Hoggetowne Medieval Faire": http://www.gvlculturalaffairs.org/website/programs_events/programs.html. Fourth item down the page, with a link for more info. It's at the Alachua County Fair Grounds, next to the Gainesville Airport, on Hwy 222 right by the intersection to SR 26 (I think). Look specifically for the "A Midsummer Knight's Dream" or "Crafty Celt" booths; I will be at one of those two, or they'll know where I am.
