Everything's Moooving...

It's been an interesting day so far. Low key, and interesting.

Very gentle stretching, Flexoril, ibuprofin alternating with naproxen, and not a lot of other use have been helping the back. It's gotten to a point that I can carefully roll to a side in bed at night. Which led to the very interesting sensation of feeling one, single section of muscle ripple itself back into a spasm around Oh Two Dark Ow.

Overall, I'm thinking most of the ache is now from muscles that had been in spasm for greater than 48 hours... except that one.

Working on a report using Crystal Reports is also an entertaining experience, when one is taking Flexoril. Not only are the walls moving, reminding me of light diffraction patterns underwater, but the fields are moving across the monitor. Come back here, you data. Stay where I put you now.

You are way, way loopier than I am. Phenagren just doesn't give that much of a buzz. In all, I'd definitely say you've got it worse off than I do right now. :)
