A Public Service Announcement, or Shamless Self Promotion

I suppose if I called it an adverstisement that would be more honest. Herself has opened an eBay store, starting to move some things along. It's all at this point women's clothing (which makes even the Shameless Self Promotion a bit off-center), but she plans to put up more.

Today I DO NOT Heart

Symantec's Norton Internet Security. I've been trying to get it up and running (an upgrade, actually) on Herself's computer all afternoon. Amongst other things, it seems to have deactivated Windows Security during the uninstall/upgrade/restart shite. Never has shown me the Register and Activate window either.

We Are Not Amused.

ETA Also, the six-year old laptop is definitely showing signs of computer Alzheimer's. It does not remember what the external CD-RW burner is, much less that it has one attached (no drive letter). The good news is it does recognize the USB hard drive, so backups are still possible.
