Sweet...I like being exempt sometimes. Like when something comes up and I have to ditch out early, as I don't have to take time off for just an hour or so. I should if it's more than that, but usually if I want to leave early or come in late to take care of something, it's not a big deal.
It's also nice when I forget to do my timesheet. They just assume I worked the same hours I did the week before.
