Major Software Vendor is here today and for next couple of days. Testing an update to upgrade to new version of software, a project we started Beta two (2) years ago...

The good news, we are indeed testing. Took a while to convince the updated upgraded system that not only am I supposed to get into the apps, I am supposed to be a System Ghod and able to truly muck up the works.

Now it believes me. *EG*

God, can I relate to this:) Nothing like a software release to give one ulcers!

Thankfully, my system has some bugs, and I imagine I'll be getting out the figurative Raid for months to come, but they have actually fixed the glaring ones.

Now that I have actually used the new system while working, instead of being the resource puter person, I'm anxious for the training of phase 2 to begin.

We've been using this system since 2003, in an earlier incarnation. Really like the OR related software. Admit that we probably didn't spend as much time with the Pre-Anesthesia Testing Clinic side of things; won't go there much for that reason. The incarnation I'm talking about, we were approached by Major Software Vendor to be the beta site Two Years Ago. Yes, I've got some issues now. *EG*
