i'll have to try it sometime. i'm not a huge fan of deer but that's probably because i didn't grow up with it. i did grow up with mouflon (yeah i can spell this early in the morning) so maybe i'll taste that.
i've had wild goat. i imagine that would taste radically different like the difference between wild boar and domestic pig.
