A Good Morning, Including Rain

Christmas morning, woke to phone alarm. Stopped it, went back to sleep. Woke again probably an hour, hour and a half later. Took Houdini out for Morning Constitutional before the rains started in earnest. Apparently, they started later than expected. Back in, finished wrapping Herself’s present and set it next to mine (from Everyone. *G*) Bit of surfing started with Houdini in attendance. Coffee. Let us not forget the coffee.

Rain spats, didn’t start in earnest until closer to nine.

Pressies! Everybody got me a digital picture frame which I shall take to the office in Hospital where there are no windows. Nifty one too, will show video and play sound. Herself received a red, red scarf and two Books of Interest, Spices a Global History by Fred Czarra and one of Medieval Mediterranean Arabic Cooking which I’ve been unable to pry out of her hands since. The Bros gave the both of us the newest Harry Potter DVD. And of course, the Sky Interwebz for the family.

Breakfast, sausage, pancakes and eggs. Om nom nom. Later there will be ham.
