Nov. 13th, 2009 04:31 pmLikely off-line again most of this weekend; still slogging through trying to fix whatever happened to Laptop a couple weeks ago. Laptop does not believe, for example, that modems need COM ports. Amongst other things.
Totally unrelated to that, and coming from following a much different thread elsewhere, I've determined that Teh Ranch is (for the most part) Two (2) Furlongs on each side. At the pace I usually walk it when Houdini and I are doing Fence Inspection then, I travel at a rate of 2688 Furlongs per Fortnight. Houdini may be going a bit further as he tends to range back and forth a tad more than I do.
And now it is time to go.
