We survived. 72 hours of wind, and rain, and more wind and rain, and yet still more wind...

The house is intact. We are alive. If you want to know more, do the click here thing. )

We (here in North Central Florida) were not in the direct line of Hurricane Frances; the eye of the storm made landfall further south. We caught the northern arc of the storm.

This storm covered the entire state of Florida. You can not live in this state, and not have been effected by this storm somehow. My wife & I still haven't heard about/from her sister in Tampa. But we are alive, and thankful for that.

Frances moved slowly, very slowly from the point it reached the Bahamas. That's what kicked us all around.

I do not wish this on anyone.
