We are glad she came to live with us those five years. She went through a rough patch back then, when both her other primary humans died within a couple years of each other, almost died then. Apparently, she decided the New Home and Monkeys proved quite acceptable, probably very similar even if no big water here.
Well, let me amend that a touch. I don't think the Kittehs of Apocalypse will miss her, since she pretty much terrorised them starting with her moving in date. *G*
I'm so sorry for your loss...she looked like a lovely cat and it sounds like she was loved and happy to the end. We keep giving our hearts to these little guys so they can break them, but what can we do? It's part of loving a companion animal; they're all so temporary.
She was fun! On several occasions, either working on a still-life type project or with a model, she'd come into Studio and expect to be the center of attention (of course!).
