We used to use that to threaten the cat. Ian would say to her warningly, "Comfy chair!" and she'd scat. The threat of "comfy chair" would be followed, if she didn't stop whatever she was doing, by him picking her up and cuddling her extravagantly while crooning, "Pwecious kitty!" in a sort of Elmer J. Fudd as done by Bigfoot voice, which so disgusted her that it functioned very well as a deterrent.
