The Cabin is stirring. People are watering themselves. I made coffee. One hopes it meets the standards of the Major Coffee Mavin living here. *G* We are slowly getting moving for Golden Dragon! More sumptuous food than I can shake chopsticks at! And the meeting of [livejournal.com profile] jehannamama et al. This is going to be another good day.

We probably didn't sleep enough again, though. [livejournal.com profile] zompus and [livejournal.com profile] goth_huntress Kick Major Ass at Guitar Hero. It's fun, but if one actually plays guitar that can interfere. I did... OK. On Easy. And Slow.

I am being stalked. Tam stalked me earlier. I think this time it's Neko because I've only caught glimpses of her...

If you get to the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, and if you eat Thai food, and if Royal Thai Cuisine is still there on the corner, you should totally have some Kang Ped curry for me.

Also if you drive by 32nd Street, wave at the big grey boats for me and tell the Benfold I miss her. And if you get to the Pacific, tell it I miss it, too.

I shall tell the Pacific you miss it right after I tell it I miss it. *G* On the drive down from LA on I-5, one must perforce pass through Camp Pendleton, where I spent a hectic two weeks in '72. It was dark by then, and I still waved.

We might just make it to the Gaslamp Quarter. We'll see. Kang Ped curry sounds goooooood. If I see big grey boats I'll wave too; if Benfold is in port, I'll pass along your message.

Just whisper it, she'll hear. Boats got big ears, yanno. I really do miss that big grey hunk of perpetually rusting steel.

There's a pretty wicked good seafood place up by QualComm Stadium, too. I used to live up that way and ate there regularly. Alas, I cannot remember the name.
