Not that I believe for an instant that the directive in the decision will come to pass, what with an Administration that happily signs legislation into law while at the same time saying, "It Don't Apply To Me/Us". Still, it's good to get a ruling on it... finally.

It's nice to get a ruling, yes, but I bet Bush is still saying "It doesn't apply to me."

The AG has already appealed the ruling.
