Here in the States, it is rarely used anymore, if at all. This was in Israel. And there is not date given for when she received the implants.

LOL. Minds, in my case. Oh, I don't deny I look; and photographing someone with implants is on the Art To Do list (several themes). In this instance though, it's professional (Nursing, OR) curiosity.
