It's actually a fairly minimally invasive manner to go get pituitary tumors.

I know. It's just the idea. When I was being tortured in jr. high school, I used to tell people to shut up or I'd "remove their brain through their nose with a long-handled spoon...although apparently someone'd already done that..." Little did I know that respectable surgeons were already doing something similar.
