Usually, single for a first time mom, though twins not unknown; then usually twins. Triplets are not rare exactly, but not common either. Also, usually either a more mature doe or one of the dominant does in the herd, much like with deer. Since the traits which make a doe rather dominant are inherited, often seen in a 'family' line.
