Seriously, I think it is more likely a hardware issue, and that between router and laptop moreso than elsewhere. Occasionally we've lost signal with heavy rainfall, and the same is what effects a poor connection from the ISP uplink site. In general, the connection is quite good. Herself is land-lined into the router and not wireless; she's not complained about dropped image links or odd login problems to me.

So this narrows things down to Laptop, and it only connects wireless since last year.
