Dr. S had us all over for dinner once, and smoked a goat. Though I have to admit, when he said, "come ove and we'll smoke a goat", it sounded so much like something illicit I had to try really hard not to snicker.

Yum! Hope daughter's friends aren't from the mainstream-American "beef, chicken, and pork only" crowd -- goat isn't exactly a common part of the standard diet here the way it is in, say, India.
