Special

As in Bus.

Not feeling ambitious this morning. Things to do, yes. things to do and no urge to do them. Bah. Humbug.

Which is, actually, almost refreshing. The Bah Humbug, that is. I've been changeable in my feelings this year, sometimes happy, sometimes artificially happy, and wondering where the Sad went? Nowhere. It's there. Not quite as prominent as other years, nor is it gone.

Hum. Bahbug.

um....yay for being in touch with your inner sadness?

Motivate! Motivate!

Ok not the same as wake up but you get it.

Oh, I could be so tempted to use the "No Poking" Icon, but no. Not so much. I am a big proponent of personal choice, including choosing ones' own mood/attitude. Bummer attitude, I duz not want.

The comment was not meant to push or shove, rather to jest. Hope you know that.

Besides, I choose funny over most things.

Yup. Knew that. Continuation of yesterday's play.

I've been mostly mellow about the season so far, but for some reason this morning didn't start off that way. Even started to say it's there, up there, but then remembered, no that was in an E- to someone. Not here.

I suppose I am in tune with my inner sadness. And, as I say later, I'm also a proponent of choice. Not so much that I choose not to be sad, as not to dwell on it.

My husband is that way. He is very good about not dwelling. I have worked so hard on changing that about myself. I have improved. It is difficult with the bipolar cycles. Yet, I have grown to recognize the signs of those prior to getting deep into them. That helps so much.
