Movin' Day Take Deux

I am mostly moved. Boxes unpacked. Other supplies in a shared cabinet still to be moved, but they aren't mine exactly... just things we use for our work. More on that one later. Let's just say... gravity works.

I still need to put my framed photo of the Women's Vietnam Veteran's Memorial on the wall. I suppose it may work hanging it on the cube wall, but I've got a drywall wall as part of my Dilbert Cubicle. Maybe there. It would be over my desk and could serve as a distraction for others as well. *G* There's no windows in this place, so tha photo also serves as a 'window' for me.

But I'm up and running again. Even got some work done, other than moving.

I moved office a couple of weeks back, STILL cannot find anything. But I suspect you are more organized than I.

(You'd have to be, wouldn't you, with the Bros.!)

It varies. At Hospital, I try to keep things to an absolute minimum. So moving for me involved two moderate sized boxes, one briefcase (with laptop), and one desktop PC plus monitor, keyboard, trackball. Oh, and my framed photo. It's signed by the artist, don't you know. *G*

How about hanging a picture of cows up? Mooooooooooooooo.

I change my winders wallpaper frequently, and it's always something I photographed. The cows sneak in that way. :-)

But the one on the wall? First of all, in the past three years I've moved Dilbert Cubicles/Office five times. I keep the amount of stuff I've got to move down to an absolute minimum.

Hmm, not sure there's a second of all.

I moved campuses with 1 large rattan bag, 4 shopping bags and a large plastic container...it took me 30 minutes to pack up and an hour to reorganise at the new place.

Yes, exactly. Now, I won't claim the home environment is quite so clutter-free, but I've little reason to clutter the work space. 'Tis simply more I'll need to move later. Either to another work space, or out the door when I retire.
