If it were up to me, I would deny such appeals with a board with a nail in it.

That is one solution. Unfortunately, I am thinking the Circus will continue for the amusement of the masses purse-lightening of the taxpayers due process.

At least, as one individual I know and read commented, this opens the door for additional civil suits to try and recover some losses.
